Deliveries:
Shipping and delivery for eyeglasses, sunglasses, and Eyebou contact lenses, is free worldwide and could take anywhere from 3-8 working days depending on your region in the world. Our limited edition frames (drops) will take 15-20 working days to get to you as they are made to order.
Customs:
We cannot take import taxes at customs into consideration up front, but we can credit your account with the equivalent amount once you have received your order. Simply send us a photo of your customs invoice along with your order number to support@eyebou.com.
Returns:
Your eyeglasses and sunglasses lenses have a 1 year guarantee, but we cannot accept any returns for contact lenses.
