As soon as you subscribe, we’ll start preparing your first month’s order. Exciting stuff, right? You'll receive your order within 5-10 working days and thereafter you'll receive your chosen package every month (or your chosen frequency of delivery). Your card will be charged each time your lenses are shipped, and you can cancel at any time - simple.
Pause Your Subscription
You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time for your convenience. When paused, your card will not be charged for the upcoming month. You can also unpause it at any time, leaving you in complete control of your subscription. All of this can be accessed in your account settings.
If you wish to cancel your subscription, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at+965 9732 3574 and we will be able to cancel it for you.
If you wish to edit your order, please make the changes in your account before your next payment date, otherwise we can't guarantee that you'll get your desired order until your following shipment. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change or refund it.

Changing Your Order
You can change your order at any time before your payment due date. Whether it’s to change your prescription, lens color, or switch between clear and colored lenses, there’s no extra fee and no strings attached - go ahead and experiment!
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns, but please contact us at email@example.com if you are unhappy with your monthly order for any reason and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
When signing up with Eyebou, you should have a verified prescription from an eye care professional within the last 6 months. This is necessary for your safety and so we can supply you with the best product fit. You will also need to supply your base curve and diameter, which should be provided by your eye care specialist.
If your prescription changes, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to update it before your next order is shipped.
Find Your Prescription
Visit any of our partner stores Eye Boutique in Dubai, or Hassan's Opticals in Kuwait city to get your eyes tested and find your prescription. Alternatively, contact us at email@example.com and we'll help find the nearest optometrist for you.
Global shipping is totally a thing for us. We work with DHL, FedEx, and Aramex to deliver your order. Shipments take between 5-10 business days to arrive.
Each country has its own shipping price based on the couriers we use. You can see the list of shipping prices at checkout.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, KNET, and cash on delivery for annual subscriptions. Unfortunately we do not support PayPal yet.
We are working on collaborating with insurance companies to be able to introduce insurance for our subscription customers. Yay!
